After nearly a decade, I left advertising agencies in early 2019. Below are two short films I’m very proud of having scripted and produced.
Hurricane María struck Puerto Rico in September 2017, destroying homes and vital infrastructure. The Home Depot pledged to rebuild a large number of schools. This web video showcases the school that culminated the effort on the one-year anniversary of the hurricane.

I produced this short film, writing the script and interviewing all subjects. Alongside the director, I also oversaw the score and editing process. The project took on a bigger meaning after the founder, Carlos M. Quiñones, lost his battle with cancer shortly after editing had wrapped up.
